There is a form to "Contact Us" where you can submit an email to us, complete with your return email information. Please know, this site is staffed by volunteers, so please be patient in waiting for replies.
Also, we have re-activated the "chat" function, but, again, this isn't monitored 24/7 so it's best to use that for a brief comment or idea or suggestion. We might publish it! (just let us know if you want your name kept confidential).

We look forward to getting to know you!

This story doesn't start out so well.
Like many birth stories, it involves pain, stress, and a lot of unexpected issues.
We saw our community, frankly, in need of positive action.
We saw our governance in need of a reminder to respect our community members, as well as abide by our Declarations.
We saw our maintenance in need of correction and direction towards completion of basic tasks before big high-budget projects. The two are not mutually exclusive.
In short, we saw that a pattern of disrespect toward owners from our governance had developed over the past several years, during which time the governance board also delegated what we saw as too much authority to hired help in the form of management companies.
We aim to put the authority back where it belongs - with the OWNERS.
We hope you will agree, owners are where the authority belongs.

We are currently involved in several efforts to better our community.
Why? Because we want this community to thrive. We want this community to feel connected, to feel safe, to feel proud of our Association and our buildings, grounds, and overall environment.
There are so many rumors and accusations of "divisiveness" being put forth, and many of those rumors and accusations are simply lies.
Owners are being told that a so-called "small group" is being divisive, and while it may have started small, it has grown beyond our wildest imaginings. This isn't some group of 4 or 5 disgruntled owners. This movement has grown to into dozens upon dozens of you - showing up at off-site meetings, signing up for email updates, donating money to cover legal fees and other group efforts. The rumor-mongers and liars may try to claim otherwise, but this group is large, growing,
educated about the facts,
and will not be dissuaded from achieving the goal:
a legally functioning, fully transparent, and financially sound Association that recognizes accountability to the owners.
So, HOW are we going about this?
We are currently involved in taking our governance board to court in order to force them to abide by our Declarations, as required by Missouri State Law. Currently, they aren't.
We will be posting upcoming court dates and outcome updates, so check back and be sure to keep up with our EVENTS section!
We are also holding Condo Owner meetings off-site at the Door Church, located just down the street on Heritage Landing Drive. You may have seen a sign or two regarding those meetings - despite some people's best efforts to unlawfully take them down!
AND, despite the rumor that we are trying to call ourselves "the BOARD", we do not. We call ourselves OWNERS.
Check the "Events" section for updates.
We are also trying to organize some community-oriented clubs that may be able to advise and provide volunteer action to better our little slice of the world. A great example of this would be a Beautification/Environmental club - a group of people interested in and with knowledge of native plants, landscaping, and general willingness to "spruce up" our physical environment. Did you know there are ground covers that thrive in areas of rocky or uneven soil, or bloom, or even like foot traffic? Couldn't some of our areas between buildings benefit from having a ground cover that beautifies instead of weed-filled, hard-to-mow, "grass"?
These are starting points.
We have a lot more ideas, and we welcome and INVITE yours!!!!
