Are you missing your headphones?

This material was installed to replace rotting wood. Residents have raised concerns about the quality of the repair and whether the area has been properly sealed to prevent water from seeping in.

The metal flashing shows visible buckling, dents and uneven workmanship. Concerns have been raised about whether the flashing and joints are properly sealed to prevent water from getting behind it.

There is a hole in the exterior wood on Building 1410. It has been there for some time and has yet to be repaired.

Scraps of metal and other material left on the ground after the flashing repairs were completed.

They called building code enforcement because for the second time this month rain has been pouring into the corner of the garage directly onto an outlet with something plugged in. The cord of whatever is plugged into the outlet goes into a drain cover below. Maybe a sump pump is down there?

So, something you don't want to wake up to is a a trash panda trying to gain access to your walls.

This guy (gal?) was caught trying to do just that by pulling a whole bunch of insulation out of a vent hole that clearly has been neglected for quite some time.

Management advised the owner that a mysterious solution of  someone known only as "they" would be called.

So far, the owner managed to scare Rocky Raccoon off, then sprayed the area liberally with hornet/wasp spray.

More neglect.
